The artist participating in the exhibition included Linda Stoudt, Arlene Peco, Martha Masiello, Kevin Madden, Hal Jones, Cathleen Hughes, Pedro Fuller, Frieda Fehrenbacher, Terri Dougherty, Lynn Costomiris, Sharon Connors and Harry Anderson.  The exhibition was organized and curated by Kevin Madden.  This is the last MEAT, ART AT THE BROILING POINT exhibition.

Several of the artists who had participated in the MEAT exhibits would show together in the 1990 exhibition titled THE BUREAU OF INQUIRIES organized by A.O.A.O. and curated by Michael McFeat.
