RECYCLED CITY, Wall one takes its inspiration from the city's past and focuses on the area between Broad Street (Philadelphia's main North / South corridor) and the Delaware River.  On the far left Nipper, the RCA dog looks East form Independence Plaza over the Delaware River to Camden NJ and the old RCA building.  On the far right of Wall 1 sits Philadelphia's city Hall.  In between sit many of Philadelphia's iconic buildings including PSFS, Lits Brothers and the first National Bank.  The found objects used to create the artwork include toys, household goods and items commonly recycled such as aluminum can lids and newspaper.
